Ehh, this doesn't bother me too much, assuming that their romantic relationship didn't start until years later. Rather than that, I'm more raising an eyebrow at why someone who is nearly twenty wants to be friends with an eleven-year-old. You'd think she would find him too immature to want to be around.

NRSG: That is entirely fair. I cannot say much about that, though... maybe Embeth did find it interesting to work with Axis? I cannot say.

Playing Devil's Advocate here, because I don't mind this; playfully sneaking up on your lover like this is a common romance trope, and pretty harmless most times, as long as it's acceptable to both parties involved. If it's done well, it can sometimes make for a cute scene, in my opinion.

In retrospect, I certainly can see what you mean... but this also comes off worse, given how Axis will prove to be.
